Shipping policy

 

Please allow 3-7 business days to process your order and 1-5 business day for USPS to deliver your order. 

Tracking numbers will be sent out via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking number update.

Make sure you provide us with the correct address during checkout. If USPS detects incorrect address, we will email you to confirm correct address. If you don’t confirm shipping address within 24 hours of email sent, we will ship your order with the address you provided during checkout. 

If the package returns due to incorrect address, customer is responsible for paying additional shipping. ArtSnap Charms is not responsible for any damage or stolen packages caused by USPS. Once your package has been shipped all delivery responsibilities are handled by USPS.
