Refund policy

RETURN/EXCHANGE/REPLACEMENT

All Items are final sale. All items are thoroughly checked before sending to insure best condition possible. If item is damaged by manufacturers upon arrival, message/email  us within 3 days of when USPS confirms to have delivered your package for a replacement/refund. 

Please email a clear picture of the item damaged and your order number to artsnapcharms@gmail.com Once email has been received, we will review your request and approve or decline your request. 

CANCELLATION/REFUND

Orders can be cancelled prior to order fulfillment and before the tracking number is created. Please allow up to 5 business day for refund to be available back into your payment account. Once a refund has been issued, you will automatically receive an email. Please also check your spam folder.

After tracking number has been created, we will not be able to cancel or refund your order or a partial refund.
